Purposes of data collection, processing or utilization:
Gema Fashion VOF is engaged in the online sale of fashion fabrics. Gema Fashion collects, processes and uses personal data to realize these objectives.

Personal data:
Personal data is used for the processing and sending of orders and / or newsletters and is limited to name, address, place of residence, postal code, e-mail address and telephone number.

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL, DHL, Myparcel to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL, DHL, Myparcel. PostNL, DHL, Myparcel uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL, DHL, Myparcel engages subcontractors, your data will also be made available to these parties.

Address and order details of shipments are provided to the authorities of the country of transit or destination for the purpose of clearing customs and tax duties or for security checks, as required by the legislation of that country. The information provided normally includes: name and address of consignor, name and address of recipient, description of the goods, number of items, weight and value of the consignment.

Your personal data will never be sold by Gema Fashion VOF to third parties and only serve to handle the purchase order. Gema Fashion VOF does not purchase data files from third parties and does not sell data files to third parties.

If a customer has registered, he / she has access to the personal details and order details via his / her username and password in order to view or change them. If you want to delete your customer account, you can send an email to or contact us by telephone. We will then delete your account and send you a confirmation.

Gema Fashion VOF keeps data on previous orders, so that we can easily find them if there are any questions. We also use this data for statistical purposes. In order to help you quickly with questions, we use customer and order data. Sometimes we make digital notes that we save in order to better execute orders.

Gema Fashion stores your data as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile and order data until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also consider this as a request for forgetting request.

Personal and order data are stored on Strato AG data servers according to ISO 27001 standards.

Payment processors:
We use the payment platforms from PayPal, Docdata Payments, Rabobank and Skrill (Payment processors) to handle a (part of) the payments in our online store. The payment processors process your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. The payment processors have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. The payment processors do not save your data for longer than allowed by the legal deadlines.

This site uses cookies. A "cookie" is a data file that is transferred from us to your computer when you browse our site. A cookie can only contain information that we send to your computer. Private data can not be read. Cookies are required for unlimited use of the website. These cookies are not used to enable the operation of our website.
